We learned of Yanira when she was assisting a neighbor of ours sell her house. Since we had plans to sell our own home in about a year, my husband introduced himself and explained our plans. It confirmed all our positive impressions of her. When we were ready to sell our home, we immediately called Yanira, and there was not a day that passed, amidst all the chaos and craziness that accompanies any move, when we did not thank God that we had found her! Yanira surpassed our expectations in every way! She is such a hard worker, and does not cut corners. She is completely committed to her clients! She listened intently to all our concerns, responded quickly whenever we reached out to her, did her homework, gave us the benefit of her experience and sound judgment... she was absolutely exceptional in every way, from beginning to the end. She is warm and easy to talk to, intelligent, honest and professional. We had a contract on our house in two weeks, and had the easiest, most drama-free closing any of our family members had ever heard of. She made us feel like we were her ONLY clients through the whole process, though we knew she had her hands full. We can not recommend her more highly. She is absolutely extraordinary.
