Bill has made my first time home buying experience so streamlined and special. Even though there is a lot at stake, Bill always has a positive attitude and sees it through until the end. Bill is persistent and thorough. I can’t recall there was even one time that Bill did not answer my call right away. Overall I had an excellent home buying experience with Bill Woodward and would happily purchase or sell a home with him in the future!
We had a wonderful experience working with Bill. He was informative and available during every step of the selling process. I believe the brochures he created for our property really added to the interest of potential buyers. I was so happy that he helped secure the best offer for our needs in such a short amount of time. Would love to work with Bill again if the need arises. Thank you so much for your help and assistance, Bill!
