Wild Bill is, in a word, great! My wife and I felt as though we were shopping with a buddy. Bill came to meet is at odd hours, in distant locations, and sometimes just to look at long shots, but, we never felt like we were a bother to him. We never felt pressured. We laughed a lot. The faults we noticed in some of the homes we saw, Bill also noticed and at times, pointed out. His honesty and humor made the process feel organic and joyous.
