Will helped me and my son buy a house in Seattle, since 5 years ago. He is so great, that we think of him as family. I highly recommend him as your realtor, if you are looking for one.

Will was outstanding for us throughout our entire search and home-buying process. Not only was he incredibly responsive, he was thoughtful and caring as we endured upon a 6mo journey. He was always ready and willing to engage with us and our questions as first-time home buyers, and he never hesitated to physically show up with us at a unit that we wanted a second set of eyes on. There is no possible way that we would've been able to move as quickly, efficiently, and thoughtfully in buying our first home if it weren't for Will's guidance, expertise, and care for us as his clients.

Will is the best....I have completed 3 transactions with Will in the past 12 years and have never regretted the decision. He maintains the highest standards for buyer and seller, which I feel elevates the entire RE industry. I 100% trust his opinion and appreciate that he never pushes a property, but instead, stays neutral and guides you through the process. He is one of the most proffessional individuals i have ever met and you will NOT regret engaging him in one of lifes most important decisions.

Will offered superior knowledge about the market, how to list the house staging anything you could possibly imagine someone in his line of work aspire to be. He went above and beyond our expectations he rolled up his sleeves. He was there for us every step of the process. Excellent navigating the negotiation process the paperwork etc. Will had our back from the very beginning to the end. There were many times when we were not in town and he had yo step and handle things above beyond. Trust me, we have sold 3 houses with Will. Every sale went perfectly due to his attention to every detail.

Will was & is super responsive to every single thing we had a single question about. From getting the house ready, to staging, & to maintaining while we were out of State, Will was amazing from end to end.

An extremely professional and knowledgeable Real Estate Agent. Honest and forthright to a T. I cannot recommend him enough. The property was sold by an out of state owner. It was presented and sold as though I was there.

Will is wonderful to work with. He is knowledgeable, patient, and very detail oriented. It is clear that he knows his business and he would often point out issues or opportunities that we didn't notice while we toured properties. He is very good at not influencing decisions while at the same time making sure we had all of the information we needed to form our own opinions. We would work with him again in a heartbeat.

Working with Will was a 5 star experience the whole way. I was afraid my partner and I were too picky at times and high maintenance, but Will was very patient and helpful. He took all of the heavy lifting off us- not only on the purchase of our new home, but the sale of our old place too! Will gave us objective advice and referred us to a staging company to help our listing standout. He sold our place in less than a week while comparable listings in the neighborhood were taking an average of >30 days to sell.

Mr. Will Wilcox is the best realtor I've ever worked with. When it snowed in Seattle, rather than cancelling our house tours for that day, he went out of his way to rent a four-wheel-drive SUV, so we could continue as planned. Also, he identified the house within our specifications immediately when it hit the market, allowing us plenty of time to get out in front of competing bidders. He is extremely knowledgable, patient, personable, and a pleasure to work with. If he's your agent, you have nothing to worry about. Sincerely, Gordon Yu, Esq., MBA, CIPP

Will Willcox was my agent when relocating to Seattle as part of a corporate relocation. From the very first conversation it was clear he possessed rich expertise, knowledge and would handle our needs with great care. Will went above and beyond particularly in my situation where I ended up under contract on a property in Seattle while still in Atlanta. His perspectives, advice and care with the contracting process through closing were of the highest quality. I would definitely tell others they would be lucky to work with Will and would look forward to do so again in the future.
