Nothing to improve here! Seriously, Kelli clearly loves life and the chaos of managing it all + realtor life like a pro. So she called me one early morning and said .. buyer accepted. We're sold..yay! BUT... closing in 3 weeks. Wait, what? Kelli made it happen and the race was.on, literally. Sold and went under contract with new place all in a 4 hour stretch. I had the perfect realtor, lender, and with Kelli's positivity every next step.. this was hard labor but somehow also fun!! Love my new place. Only downside is no longer working with Kelli but will easily refer her and Carolina One to anyone in need.
