I have been in the Real Estate business since 1975, as an agent, new homes sales manager for builder-developer, and condo manager. When I wanted to sell my own home, I had retired and I called L&F. for an agents to interview. We chose Wendy and it was a god sent choice. I was in the middle of dealing with moving to Va. and settling an elder gentleman in a retirement home. Wendy stepped in and did everything for me. WHen it came time for me to move, she came with big packing bags and helped me pack. She provided me with a Radon detector. She ordered packers for me. During this time, she had Covid and as soon as she was given the O.K. she was at my house packing and helping me move. Most of all, she keep saying "Don't worry" I will take care of things. When I moved, she looked after my mail and kept me posted. She constantly made me feel at ease. She provided me with clean up crew and all the people that moved my donated furniture. There is no way I could have done any of this without her constant "up beat attitude" and always saying don't worry. All this was above and beyond sell and finding a buyer.
