Wendy Conner was patient, thorough and definitely had my back throughout this difficult process of finding a new home while living in another state.

I have done business with Wendy fo years. In my opinion, she is the best in the business!!

We have bought and sold multiple properties through Wendy over the years. (Most recent in 2024). She has been an absolute pleasure to work with and has always, always gone the extra mile for us. Our last transaction was an inherited property that had title complications. On her own, she contacted and spoke with previous owners, relatives, realtors and attorneys in other states to get the job done. She was unbelievable. She has worked with us on other very complicated transactions which have gone smoothly. We have used her for conventional mortgages and land-contracts, no problems. It is a real pleasure to work with someone who is knowledgable, professional, hard-working and a straight-shooter. She has great local knowledge and has connected us with contractors to re-hab rental properties as well. Cannot recommend her highly enough! Fantastic! Grateful to have met and worked with her!

Wendy is an amazing realtor! This is our second time using her and she has been so helpful through the process both times. She has to be one of the most professional, yet personable people you’d ever meet. We really have appreciated her through the entire process both times and it was an absolute pleasure working with her. She definitely goes above and beyond for her job and clients. We have been so blessed to work with her.

Plain and simple just the best! She should be the realtor all other realtors learn from. Very pleased!

Wendy has got to be the best, most knowledgeable and helpful realtor ever! She goes the extra mile and grass will not grow under her feet. We have used her several times and each time have been blown away by how incredible she is and how well she does her job. She could right the book on how to be a realtor! Oh, did I mention how down to earth she is and becomes like family? We are so pleased with her and could not recommend her enough.

As executor of my late father's estate, I was tasked with selling his house in Plainwell. Not being from the area, I asked one of the few local people I knew about realtors. Wendy's name came up and I reached out to her, still not really knowing much about her. From the moment she answered my call, I knew I was talking with a true professional. Wendy's communication skills are exceptional. She demonstrated that she knew the market and was eager to help me find a buyer. We listed the house in early June 2024. She brought me a solid offer the first day it was on the market and we closed 3 weeks later! Wendy was transparent throughout the entire process. I've bought and sold several houses in my life and this one was flawless. Wendy gets my 5 star rating.

Wendy explained each step in home selling and helped me through the whole experience. She answered all my questions and always returned my messages by the next day. I will recommend Wendy to anyone wanting to buy or sell their home!

Over the past 30 or so years I have bought and sold numerous properties, both residential and commercial, with Wendy at the helm. Her professionalism, expertise, and customer service are second to none! There are myriad details to navigate in the purchase or sale of real estate and with Wendy, T's are crossed, I's are dotted, and you can rest assured that the details are well managed and under control!

Wendy was the absolute best realtor to work with. My husband and I were looking for a home in Michigan from out of state. Wendy was flexible and accommodating to work with our challenging availability. Then we significantly changed our plans to an atypical plan to acquire property. Wendy quickly navigated through a number of unknowns to successfully understand the real estate requirements enabling us to purchase property. We describe Wendy as our real estate miracle worker!!
