Tori went above and beyond what one would expect from a realtor. Because we were not in residence she took care of many things that normally would be expected of the home owner. Her efforts enabled our house to be sold in good times and at a fair price

Tori was an absolute pleasure and professional to work with during the sale of our home. After interviewing 4 realtors we felt the most comfortable and in very professional hands with Tori. She knew the market in general and was very familiar with our specific neighborhood. She conducted numerous showings herself and took a real hands-on approach. Even with the market distinctly favoring buyers Tori had a very good offer in a relatively short time period. We couldn't have been more pleased with her efforts and tenacity. You can't find better than Tori!

Tori did a fantastic job with the sale of our Bird Key home. She was always prompt, prepared and full of knowledge and ideas. Her insight led to a sale within three days of the listing. She helped us with every detail and explained each step along the way. I highly recommend Tori.

Tori was our agent on the sale of our home and the purchase of our new home. From the beginning to the end, Tori did an outstanding job for us. Tori was a great listener, she followed up quickly on everything that was asked of her, she was proactive at communicating the next steps of the process, plus she was wonderful at documenting everything and keeping good records. We could trust Tori for everything that she said she would do, her "Say/Do" ratio was 100%. Tori did everything that we would want from an agent and we couldn't have been happier! We will highly recommend others to Tori and to Michael Saunders in the future.
