Victoria has been a great real estate agent for me and I wanted to share my experience. She was referred to me by a good friend who bought a house in the Seattle Wedgewood neighborhood. This is where I started but I ended up buying in Edmonds. This change is based on my own selection but also because Victoria listened carefully to my responses at the listings that I viewed In Seattle. She is serious about looking for those listings that match up to the criteria that you let her know are important for you. And that is where she starts. Then she slowly moves you into different directions based on what she has heard you describe when viewing your first few homes that she might not gotten from the original “this is what I want” list. She chats with you some but she is watching for your response to a house to see if she can refine the search. Don’t be deceived by her chatter - she is engaging you in conversation so that she learns more about you as she starts to build a more clearer picture of a home that fits the things that you talk about. Even if you decide to look at listings that to her doesn’t seem right she doesn’t stop you especially early on. As the search continues, she will know which listings she needs to steer you away from so you don’t waste your time. Also, Victoria is very responsive and was available for many weekends straight since I was unable to see homes during the week. Very personable and easy to talk to. Successful search after seeing less than 10 listings.
