Vickie was absolutely wonderful. My home buying process had alot of obstacles. No fault of Vickies, just some personal things with credit, payroll issues, etc. So we had alot of hurdles to jump over, we looked at so many houses and things just never seemed to work out, but Vickie reassured me every step of the way, even when I got a little discouraged she always made sure that she did everything she could to keep my spirits up, keep me motivated, and kept telling me we would figure it out and everything was going to be okay. I can't tell you how much I appreciate her and her patience with me. When we finally got the approval. Vickie even went to the house with me and did some work that had to be fixed for the appraisal. She mulched, she pulled down walls in the basment that had some mold, she helped trim tree branches that were to close to the house and even helped clean everything up after all the work. She was not afraid to get dirty and get the things done that we needed for my husband and I to get our first home and I could never thank her enough for everything she has done for us. We closed on our first home Jan 31st on my 30th Birthday and she even brought me cupcakes and balloons to closing and sang a happy birthday to me. She has made such a stressful situation so much easier on us and now my husband and I and our furbabies have a place we can call home for the first time ever and we are so extremely greatful for Vickie. I would absolutely 100% recommend her to anyone who is looking to buy a home. She is beyond great!

She was very helpful and was easy to talk too. She made everything easy, she was able to answer alot of our questions and if not she got the answer right away for us. Everything was simple and quick, which for us was a good thing.
Vickie went the extra mile by actually getting her hands dirty to paint a few problem areas pointed out by appraiser. We live an hour and a half from property and she did her best to be available when we needed her.
