Veroushka and her team did an outstanding job for us! Her insights into the Sea Ranch Lakes market exceeds those of others. You can't miss with Veru! She was responsive and attentive to every detail, her team at Sotheby's was an added plus. Thanks so much Veru! Charlie and Sue

Working with Veroushka was truly an exceptional experience from start to finish. Buying a home, especially when 7 months pregnant!, can feel overwhelming, but she made the entire process smooth, clear, and even enjoyable. Her professionalism and deep knowledge of the market were evident in every step—she always had thoughtful insights, answered our questions at all hours, and guided us toward the right decision without ever making us feel pressured. What really set her apart, though, was her warmth and genuine care. She took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for and treated us like more than just clients. It was clear that she truly cared about helping us find not just a house, but the right home for our lives. Thanks to her dedication and expertise, we found a home we absolutely love. We’re incredibly grateful for her guidance and would wholeheartedly recommend Veroushka to anyone looking to buy or sell a home, she is and an absolute pleasure to work with.

We couldn’t have asked for a better experience working with Veroushka. From start to finish, she was professional, attentive, and incredibly knowledgeable about the process. She walked us through each step with patience and clarity, offering valuable guidance that helped us feel confident in our decisions. When it came time to make an offer on the home we loved, her advice and expertise played a big role in us securing it. Veroushka went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly, and we are so grateful for her support. I HIGHLY recommend her to anyone in need of a dedicated and trustworthy realtor.

Had a great experience with Veroushka who handled two transactions for us both representing us as a Buyer & a Seller. Our property was under contract within a month of being listed on the MLS due to her knowledge of the market & deep client base. Would highly recommend her - professional, responsive, courteous and in general a great person who is passionate about what she does.

Got 'er DONE... Veroushka was able to lead us through the listing process with a professionalism that gave us confidence and comfort in her abilities. We had been working with someone else for 4 months to no success, with Veroushka we had it rented within 6 days....

10-Star. Veroushka is a true professional. This is our 10th move, and without a doubt, Veroushka is a top-notch agent. She helped us navigate some tricky situations. This deal died 3 times before we finally closed thanks to the efforts of Veroushka and her team. Hopefully we aren't moving any time soon, but if we were.... she's the one we would call. Thank you so much Veroushka!

I can't thank Veroushka enough for her help in my purchase of a building lot that I've been coveting.  Lots of details to deal with made more difficult by the fact that I'm out of the country and could not travel to Florida.  I was not worried though because I had Veroushka on my side.  She took care of all inspections, set me up with a great lawyer and kept in regular touch.  She was even able to negotiate a discount because of the findings of an inspection.  Veroushka made the whole process easy.  I would highly recommend her for buying and selling.  She will take care of you.

Veroushka recently sold our home in Sea Ranch Lakes. Her many years as a Sea Ranch Lakes resident provided invaluable understanding of the neighborhood market value.Veroushka guided us through the listing process, assisting with preparing and staging the home for maximum effect.. Everything went very smoothly due to her knowledge and efficiency. I consider Veroushka a friend and would certainly call on her again. Her friendly and open demeanor made the entire sales experience, which could have been very stressful, almost fun!
