In addition to her exceptional communication skills, Valerie was always punctual, proactive, and incredibly patient for the duration of a very complex purchase process. I have complete trust in her judgment and professionalism. As a first-time homebuyer, she was an invaluable resource and a steady hand. Highly recommend!

Val helped us to purchase the most perfect home in Bronxville. She was sincere, thoughtful, present and beyond knowledgeable. Everything went smoothly and efficiently. She helped us to become comfortable in a brand new community too! I highly recommend her.

Valerie Otto was a wonderful agent. She was really aware of our budget and our preferences and guided us accordingly. We never felt pressured and she showed us many listings. But almost as important, after we chose a place she guided us through the application process and was always there to support us. I would recommend her because she has the qualities I like in an agent: she knows the market, she gets to know her client and then she has infinite patience. And it's all done with a smile!

It was a pleasure to work with Valerie when we had to sell our house of 26 years. She had helpful advice each step of the way and made the process easy and effective. We highly revived her!

Val was of tremendous help when I moved from Manhattan to Bronxville. She showed me all the options, helped me make the right decision and was professional. I feel very lucky that she was my agent. I highly recommend her.

Valerie was invaluable to me when I sold my home. She helped me with the staging and prepping for the open house. I was resistant at first but then realized that shes the pro and boy was I right. I followed through on all her recommendations. We had offers with 48 hours of being on the market and were in contract within a week. I credit much of that to her.

Val is a great agent and person. She was the driving force behind helping us find the home we wanted in the neighborhood we wanted. From scouting out the neighborhood, numerous homes, helping us manage a tough negotiation, working with her was great all around. Not only will we definitely work with her in the future, we also think of her as a friend.
