Valerie was incredible in helping us find our new home. She was a consistent communicator, making sure we fully understood the homebuying process every step of the way. She also helped us lease our condo, so our entire move was supported from start to finish. In a tough market like Northern Virginia, it is imperative that you find a realtor who understands the landscape. Valerie is knowledgeable, personable, and kind. I would absolutely recommend Valerie as your realtor.

I highly recommend Valerie Hardee. Her dedication, market expertise, and friendly approach made our home buying experience truly enjoyable. She is prompt, honest, and advocated fiercely during negotiations. She also helped us relocate from out of state which was incredibly nerve-wracking, but Valerie went above and beyond to support us.

Once again, Valerie provided my wife and me with excellent service in helping us locate and purchase a home. Nine years ago Valerie did a wonderful job selling a home for us, so when it came time to select a realtor for our new purchase we looked to no-one else other than Valerie. She helped us focus on a neighborhood that met our needs and was quick to alert us when homes in the area came on the market. She provided detailed analyses of prior sales to inform our pricing offer and after the contract she was invaluable in helping us navigate our way through the closing process. This was particularly important to us as we currently live in another state. Having used Valerie both to sell a home and to purchase one, I can confidently recommend her without hesitation.

Valerie is an exceptional realtor and person. I have worked with her many times over the last 10 years. She is through, flexible, detail oriented and will go out of her way to ensure your business is completed accurately and in a timely manner. You couldn't ask for a more responsible, dependable professional.

From our first contact with Valerie (at an Open House), we were impressed by her knowledge of, not only that specific property, but, the surrounding neighborhood. She answered all our questions and gave additional pertinent details. To boot, she is one of the most pleasant people we have met. Signing Valerie as our Agent was a no-brainer as she gives 200% to her clients. Being from a different area, much of Virginia’s Real Estate Procedures were foreign to us. She explained how the buy would work, what to expect, and any snags that could arise. She was so conversant with the vagaries of the market and various lending practices that we HAD to ask her to sell our house. She set the correct price and recommended techniques for staging our home. So much so, that we had an offer in the first few days. Other than not holding our hands, she walked us through the entire procedure, answered every question and was always cheerful to talk with. If you are serious about getting value for your money, Valerie is your best bet.

This is your one stop shop. Express your needs and Valerie will deliver, no need to go anywhere else.

I truly enjoy working with Valerie (Val). She sold my home in 2021 and now that I am returning back to the area she has helped me find the perfect home here in VA again. She is knowledgeable. She is a great listener. She tries to accomodate your needs but she is also helpful in having those realistic conversations about what is feasible and not feasible. I really appreciate all the energetic and efforts that she puts into helpful you find a place called home. I look forward to working with her again for my forever home in a few years.

Thanks for everything! You have made the process so easy!
