Valerie was fabulous! She was always available to answer questions, via text or by phone. Valerie was able to coordinate issues that came up as a result of inspection, and work with the seller to get things resolved. She made it easy for me to buy a house the first time in many years.
It was a true pleasure working with Val, she kept me informed and up to date. She was patient and answered my questions and concerns. It had been 20 years since I bought a house so she explained the process thoroughly. It was a Berkshire team win as 3 agents worked together to find my new home, and find perfect buyer for my condo! It all happened in two short months! Thanks again to Val & the Berkshire team!
