I first meet Tyler while I was surfing thru zillow condos for sale. I was not ready to commit to a realtor or a condo so I politely told him that I was not interested in working with anyone at this time but would talk with him if and when the time came. He very nicely said thank you for telling me this and if you decide you want to start looking to let him know. After a few weeks of not finding anything on our own, I casually asked my daughter, who also works for Realty87, if she knew Tyler and she said yes and that he seemed very nice. So that is when I met Tyler. He was very nice, and very outgoing and not pushy like some realtors. Tyler showed me 2 condos and that is all I needed. The 2nd one I looked at I knew it was the one I wanted and needed. So the race began-buy the condo, sell my house and now I have been in my condo for about a month now and enjoying the tamer life style rather than who is going to mow my grass and shovel the snow from the sidewalks. I couldnt have found a better realtor than Tyler.
