I can see why she is a member of the million dollar club for over 10 years. She went the extra mile on both homes making sure that she had all the necessary steps in place. For the house that I owned and was selling, she publicized it in every way. There was a constant stream of visitors to the tour the house and in just a couple of weeks there was a buyer with an offer that exceeded my hopes. For the house that I purchased Twila made certain that every need was met when I had a question. I had no concerns about anything. Twila is very personable, sincere, knowledgeable and knows the sales world in its entirety. Twila helped my wife and I move from New Jersey to our beautiful 55+ retirement home in beautiful Georgia. There were dozens and dozens of emails and texts that I sent her. Twila never ever disappointed me by not returning a message, getting and answer, offering suggestions and most important, just being honest and friendly. This was during the pandemic, and we made an offer on home but couldn’t fly down. She never gave up on us. After getting vaccinated, Twila found us the home were in now and love it. Please know this review is being posted 2 months after we closed April 21, 2021 and is absolutely unsolicited. Twila is an amazing real estate agent. Twila sold our home in Stockbridge Ga in 2016, Helped is find a building lot 2016. Sold my husband’s father’s home in 2018. Sold my Mom’s home for me when my Mom passed in 2019. Our daughter and son in law is buying a home and closes in a few weeks and Twila Baker is their realtor. Sold land for us twice. You always want the best when dealing with real estate and to us Twila Baker is the best. I will use Twila Baker for all of my real estate needs. And I highly recommend her to family and friends.
Twila Baker is an excellent realtor to work with. You will find her very responsive to her clients needs. I called her on a Friday afternoon & she made time to show me the property the same day. I submitted my offer through Twila, my offer was accepted & she had the contract to me by email to sign the same day. Twila made my whole house buying process so easy. She is very knowledgeable & above all cares very much about her clients.
