All were very knowledgeable, but Trish zeroed in on our concerns and understood the demographics of our area and that we wished to sell “as is” except for painting. Trish was very responsive when a question or concern arose; calling back immediately if she was tied up with other business. She had contacts that were exceptional in their craft and knew exactly what was required of the job. She exuded confidence in her discussion of all things "real estate," but especially at what price we should market our home. She always got straight to the point and gave examples of why proper pricing is so important. And that made all the difference in our successful and quick sale!
