I had the pleasure of working with Tricia Gonzalez for the two week period during which my son was relocating from South Korea and seeking a residence for his family in Northern Virginia. Immediately upon contact with us, Ms. Gonzalez began locating listings to meet the family needs. With the wealth of information she provided, my son was able to select the listings of interest and Ms. Gonzalez set up viewings for the next day. She was both punctual and efficient allowing us to see and compare a large number of rental properties. When my son found one he liked, she helped him through the application process step by step advising him on how to best present himself to the owner as there were several applicants. She made herself available throughout a holiday weekend at any hour always returning texts and emails immediately. She is extremely knowledgeable and able to negotiate advising her clients and other agents on correct contract procedures. Ms. Gonzalez kept in touch with all parties concerned and always worked in my son's best interest. Once the contract was approved, Ms. Gonzalez sent my son a detailed list of steps on how to proceed with utilities, rent, deposit, and moving in. She arrived at the property with household items the family would need, and took her time reviewing every aspect of the property. She produced an extremely detailed report to document conditions that should be corrected or noted in relation to the security deposit. She communicated with the landlord in his native language to make sure he promptly corrected deficiencies in the property. In summary, I was extremely impressed with Tricia Gonzalez as friendly, helpful, experienced, capable and effective real estate agent. She has my highest recommendation as an agent!
