He not only handled the documentation process, but was instrumental in making sure that we noticed the things that would make the purchase of our home successful and easy. He just went ahead and tackled things at our new home, making thoughtful suggestions, always thinking ahead of us. He is a gem!!

What he and Lisa did to get us to closing so quickly on our home (and what they did with Halwyn even though we didn't end up going with this property) was remarkable. The adjectives I would use to describe them are 1) Knowledgeable: Trey spent a significant amount of time explaining many aspects of the home we purchased... in particular the septic and well water systems, 2) Professional: Both Trey and Lisa always dealt with us in the most courteous way... they are just a pleasure to work with, 3) Meticulous: Ensured that everything we discussed about the home prior to purchase was addressed... for example installing a radon system, and 4) Communication: Trey and Lisa were always very prompt to answer our questions... they stayed on top of everything as we progressed through the purchase.
