She has a high number of recommendations, and I needed someone that could help me even if I moved out of state during the process. From the first meeting through the whole process, I adored Tracy. She is professional while also being personable. She walked me through everything and gave me the benefit of her experience while also understanding my goals. Tracy and I had a somewhat atypical experience when my home went under contract on the same day it was listed. However, Ruhl & Ruhl had worked with me on the buying side, knowing my career required frequent relocation, to invest in a great neighborhood and be at the right price point. I cannot recommend Tracy Rogers and Ruhl & Ruhl higher than the excellent rating but I would give a superlative if I could!
