Tracy was born and raised in Michigan where she developed a love for the outdoors and sports. She graduated from Michigan State University with a degree in chemical engineering. A Spartan through and through, Tracy was a four-year letter winner on the soccer team and spent over 2 years in Army ROTC. Soccer remains an important part of Tracy's life; coaching and working with her two teenage sons, both soccer enthusiasts, commands much of her free time. After graduating from Michigan State, she started a career in the paper industry with International Paper, the largest pulp and paper company in the world. She started in Bastrop, Louisiana, as a process engineer with a primary focus on product improvement and development within the paper mill. She quickly took on her first supervisory roles over two of the mill's laboratories while working her way to quality manager with responsibility for product performance and various specialty national accounts. Her career with International Paper brought her to the Carolinas as the customer service manager at the Georgetown Mill in South Carolina where she broadened her experience by taking responsibility for the mill's paper production scheduling and shipping/delivery. This role allowed her to make a move to the Statesville Container Plant in North Carolina where she held various management positions. With a lifelong interest in real estate, Tracy began flipping homes in Charlotte with the help of a good friend/agent while she was still working with International Paper. Tracy decided to "retire" after 14 years with International Paper so she could stay home and raise her children. During this time, she worked in real estate part-time from home, doing some administrative tasks and marketing. In 2013, Tracy started work as an administrative assistant with a real estate firm. She later obtained her license and continued to take on more responsibilities, including working directly with clients during transactions. With a natural attraction to the technical aspects of real estate, home construction and the uniqueness of every transaction, she gained extensive experience acting as a listing coordinator and managing all contracts from beginning to close. Tracy joined Breedlove Farms Estates and Land in 2019 and, as office administrator and closing coordinator, helped Julie Breedlove grow the business and manage a litany of details through two extraordinary years. She loves supporting others looking for their dream home. Likewise, she is dedicated to helping her clients obtain the most from the sale of their homes and providing high-end service to ease the process in any way possible. Tracy is excited to bring her years of experience to Premier Sotheby's International Realty and believes the association with Breedlove Farms Estates and Land is a natural.
