Traci has called North Carolina home for the past 11 years, developing a deep appreciation for the state’s picturesque mountains, scenic coastline, and vibrant communities. Before settling in Charlotte, she lived in multiple regions across the United States, gaining a broad understanding of diverse market landscapes and firsthand experience with the relocation process. Traci is a licensed North Carolina REALTOR® and currently serves Ivester Jackson | Christie’s as the Corporate Director of Training and Technology. She also supports the Ivester Jackson Charlotte office as the Associate Broker-In-Charge. In her corporate capacity, she oversees companywide training initiatives and regularly travels to Ivester Jackson’s offices across the Carolinas, including locations along the coast, in the mountains, around Lake Norman, and throughout the Charlotte metropolitan area. Traci provides daily support to agents on a range of matters, from technology and systems guidance to complex real estate compliance issues. Recognized for her professionalism, attention to detail, and strong work ethic, Traci approaches every client interaction with a commitment to excellence. Her comprehensive skill set and client focused mindset enable her to guide buyers and sellers smoothly through each stage of their real estate journey. Traci has also combined her eye for fashion and her passion for organization into services such as personal shopping and home organization, allowing her to assist clients well beyond the closing table. Outside of her professional responsibilities, Traci enjoys spending quality time with her two sons, family, and friends. She is a dedicated fitness enthusiast who values discipline and hard work, and she loves paddle boarding, hiking, exploring small towns, boutique shopping, and heading out on spontaneous road trips.
