She offered every bit of her expertise and willingly maneuvered us through each part of searching for a home, and made it seem feasible! Her superior knowledge, calming clarity and flexibility through it all make her stand out in her field!! Traci pivoted with us when things didn’t pan out like we expected, and was always ready to show us new homes that fit our liking. Our experience with Traci was outstanding! She helped us every step of the way, from helping selling our house to helping us find the right house to buy. She assisted with the inspections, negotiations, and dealing with the lender. She communicated with us throughout the entire transactions.

She was exceptional. She had the resources helping me update some painting and clearing out items. She met with me on several occasions as we discussed what was needed to process the sale along. One suggestion was an inspection which she paid for out of her own funds. She kept me informed after each open house and all private showings, immediately after each event. She informed interested buyers with any changes in our contract that might be an encouragement to them. She made closing easy and a huge help advising me on final readings of the utilities .
