Tracey was great to work with. She represented us as a buyer—really understood what was inportsnt to us, actively advocated for us and represented our interests well. She also took time to explain steps of process, items needed and why, etc. I would recommend Tracey to friends and family.

We are thrilled to share that Tracey made our dream house at the beach come true. From the beginning of our journey with Tracey a year ago, she has been patient, helpful and full of knowledge on getting us our dream home. Her professionalism is what stands out the most with her guiding us through the process and putting a team together to get us over the finish line. I would strongly recommend Tracey for a solid, educated and loyal to her client realtor. From the beginning of the process of showing the home through closing with a beautiful basket. We will definitely be using Tracey in the future!

Tracey was absolutely amazing to work with! She helped my husband and me find and purchase our second home in Pennsylvania, and made the entire process feel smooth and stress-free. She’s knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely cares about her clients. We always felt like we were in great hands. If you’re looking for a realtor who goes above and beyond, Tracy is the one—we can’t recommend her enough!

Tracey is very professional and excellent with her follow up. We missed out on a property over a year ago and when it came back on the market she reached out to us first. We were able to submit and offer and be under contract in less than a week from when it was listed.

Tracey did an awesome job helping us find the perfect place at the Jersey Shore. Once we found it, she worked very hard in getting and keeping things moving along smoothly, so we could be ready for Settlement Date. She was always sending reminders out so everyone could meet the deadlines. She went above and beyond! And she never gave up on us on trying to find the right place.

Tracey is an amazing mix of professionalism, experience and relentless follow up, hard to find in today’s world. Tracey took the time to understand what our dream house vision entailed and worked with us to make it happen. Tracey had wide availability and was responsive at all hours. A pleasure to work with and a friend in the business!

Tracey was wonderful to work with. We had searched for over a year to find the right home and had almost given up. She encouraged us not to give up and eventually we found exactly what we were hoping to find. Tracey always made herself available when we needed her and promptly set up appointments. When we found our home Tracey used all her expertise and guidance to make sure we secured it within our budget. I would highly recommend Tracey for any real estate transaction she was extremely professional, knew the market well and was awesome to work with." Doris Ward
