5⭐️ Tonya was amazing to work with! She’s knowledgeable, patient, and truly cared about finding the right home for us. Her communication was excellent. She negotiated on our behalf and she made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend Tonya to anyone buying or selling!

Tonya was so professional and knowledgeable on both the selling and buying ends during our last transactions. We have recommended Tonya to all of our family and friends and will continue to do so!

Tonya, You are a rockstar, plain & simple! Thank you for your honesty & professionalism...again! We know we are in the best of hands with you and you were instrumental in helping us acheive the best for our family. Thank you! Till next time, B & K O'Dell

Tonya was so wonderful to work with! Very knowledgeable and perfect at what she does! Cristian and I will forever be grateful for Tonya’s hard work and dedication. We would recommend her to anyone looking to buy a home. She will always fight for the best deal!

My name is Rod Watson, I work for Meritage Homes. I have been selling homes for almost 24 years. For context only, I am currently the number one salesperson in the nation for Meritage Homes. I have sold over 1500 new homes in my career. I begged Tonya to let me write a review for her. She is extraordinary realtor. I found her to be a passionate advocate for her buyer. Honest, sharp and added value at every opportunity. Tonya, sets high standards and expectations for all parties involved in the transaction. I am glad we were up to the challenge. She put the needs of her buyers above her own at every stage of the transaction. I could not possibly give a realtor a higher recommendation. If you are looking for a realtor to help you navigate any type of residential transaction, you have found her. She is the complete package. I doubt, you can find a more ethical, intelligent or customer centric realtor to represent you.

We honestly don't have enough space or time to list all the good things about Tonya. From the moment we reached out to her about buying a home in the area, she has been there every step of the way, providing invaluable expertise and guidance. She checks in still, although the home buying process is long past! We decided to buy when the market was the absolute worst (for buyers). However, Tonya made the entire process a, dare we say, fun experience. She really wanted to get to know us and took the time to listen to everything we wanted in a home. When we felt all over the place due to the market we were in, she would guide us back to our list of wants, which would help us decide if it was going to be a property we would offer on. She is honest and will tell you her views on each property, which are normally things that a buyer doesn't notice. This was invaluable because we want to make sure we were making a great investment choice as well. Throughout the negotiation process, Tonya was a true advocate for our best interests. She skillfully negotiated on our behalf and ensured we got the best possible deal. Her communication was always clear and prompt, which kept us informed and at ease. What truly sets Tonya apart is her dedication to her clients. She goes above and beyond to accommodate schedules, answer all questions, and address concerns we had. Her attention to detail and commitment to providing exceptional service is unmatched. We couldn't be happier with the outcome of our purchase and the overall experience of working with her. If you're looking for a real estate professional who is knowledgeable, trustworthy, and genuinely cares about her clients, we wholeheartedly recommend Tonya. She exceeded all our expectations, and we will definitely work with her again in the future.

Listen to Tonya! She is amazing at pricing, staging and photographs! We did the few things she suggested before showings and it paid off!! She has a passion for what she does and it shows!

My daughter introduced Tonya to me when I was "thinking" about moving to Texas. After her sending many houses on line and showing me several in person, I found the perfect house, just blocks from my daughter and a few miles from the rest of my family. I haven't moved in, just yet, still packing to move, but am really excited to move into my new house. I think I have found a real friend in Tonya and am glad my daughter suggested her after Tonya found her a house. She always pointed out good and bad things in different houses that may or may not make a difference to me. I appreciated her honesty and willingness to help. She is an exceptional realtor and glad she was mine!

Tonya was a fantastic resource and advocate throughout my home buying process. She ensured I understood the contract terms before signing, and took time to answer all my questions. She is also very knowlegeable of the various DFW neighborhoods and areas.

Tonya is the most knowledgeable realtor that I’ve worked with. She provided the perfect advice on location, the quality of the upgrades and quality of remodels of several different properties. Once we were in the negotiation phase, she provided the perfect advice that allowed us to win the property.
