If you’re talking real estate, there’s only ONE name to know: TOM LAFONTAINE.
Tom is the kind of guy who will literally get on his hands and knees at an open house to inspect things most people would never think to look at. He’s the guy who gives it to you straight — letting you know what could become an expensive issue down the road and what’s something you shouldn’t lose sleep over right now. He genuinely wants you making the right decision, not just any decision.
He’s been doing this his whole life and isn’t some weekend realtor trying to figure things out as he goes. With decades of experience in the industry, his knowledge shows immediately. Even with all of that experience, Tom has a way of making you feel like you’re his only client. You never feel rushed, forgotten, or like you’re just another transaction.
He’s patient, kind, and somehow manages to make an incredibly stressful process feel easy.
