Tom was a design and decorating master when we met him but he was a realtor rookie. I think we were his third client. That said, we decided to go with him because he had a lot of integrity and my husband and knew that if we gave him our $3m+ home to sell he would go above and beyond to prove that our betting on him would pay back more than we could imagine. So we went with Tom, much to the chagrin of other more established realtors. So how did the man do? Exceeded each and every one of our highly demanding expectations. From the marketing plan, which was ambitious, creatively driven, and tightly targeted, to the staging plan that elevated the house to the point I nearly had a change of heart about selling it, to securing quality offers and then negotiating a sales price that delighted us all. Tom was a rookie then, three years ago but in our minds, he won MVP of the season. We have bought and sold lots of homes over the years and no one I can think of has Tom's charismatic and effective blend of EQ, creativity, design, sales, and negotiation skills. He is an all-round 10/10. We can not praise him enough.

Tom sold our home in a difficult environment for our "hope to get" price. He rolled up his sleeves, went diligently to work, and did a fantastic job with the design clean ups, staging, photography, and marketing. He was responsive to buyers and was able to offer value to them due to his design & architectural background to help them imagine how they might make the house their dream house within their budget. He went above and beyond on all fronts and because of his effort we were able to get a price that was above what we thought we might realistically get. Kudos to Tom, and we would work with him again in a heartbeat! Could not recommend more highly.
