Tom and Nancy fell in love with Gulf Shores in the mid 1990's when they visited for a vacation get-a-way from their busy real estate business in St. Louis, Missouri. In 1998, they purchased their first investment condo after selling a rental home in St Louis using a 1031 Tax Deferred Exchange.
