Tom and Anne were invaluable in so many ways in assisting us in the purchase of our new home. They have great knowledge of the local market as well as positive and negative factors of specific areas. We could not have acquired our new home without their expert guidance throughout the entire process from showing, to offer writing, to inspections, to closing, and finally taking possession. They held our hand and kept us focused on what was important. They even stayed with us as we sat parked in the street and they worked to gain access when the seller was dragging his feet about leaving after we were officially recorded and were the rightful owners.

Tom and Anne are no doubt the hardest working agents I have worked with, they utilize every tool available to promote properties and pitched in personally to help get the property ready for inspection. (Tom even mowed the lawn) This was a problem listing from the beginning with pot holes all along the way. I don't recommend anyone lightly and recommend them for any listing. I enjoyed working with Anne and Tom. They are friendly and down to earth and so accommodating. They often made arrangements for last minute inspections which helped with my hectic schedule. They were very responsive and provided me with a lot of information to help in my property search. I closed on my new property this week!
