We had a great experience with our previous sale and with our agent Toleah Poplin. She is one fantastic real estate agent. She knows all the ins, outs, laws, rules, what needs doing, and how to get it done when selling or purchasing a property. If available, she takes your calls and if not available will be returning your call in a timely manner. She's very personable and likeable. We will definitely use her in the future should we have real estate needs. Our experience with Toleah was first with a purchase of a home and second with a sale of the home we moved out of. Everything was smooth sailing.
