My wife and I had been looking for a specific type of house with the features we have really wanted for years. Location was not nearly so important, but the house design was. We worked with Tohi Lucas to make our dreams come true. Tohi and Billy were absolutely a delight to work with. Communication with Tohi was rapid, thorough and on point. We were shown many options and throughout the whole process, we felt that we had really selected the best realtor that could be found. Her advice and counsel was priceless. Billy helped with information about contractors and supporting companies and staying on top of all the paperwork. We finally found the perfect home for us and we entered the buying process confident that it was exactly what we had been looking for. All through the closing, Tohi and Billy kept us informed and walked us through a flawless closing. Wendy and I both came to the conclusion that Tohi is much more than a realtor, she is a Dream Home Matchmaker. She made what could have been an arduous process an enjoyable and fun hunt for the home we have wanted all our lives.
