Tim was my listing agent for 2 properties. The Broili property in Reno and the Emily Court property in Carson City. He was my "boots on the ground" because I live in Southern Nevada. Tim went over and above in every way. I feel very fortunate that Tim was my my realtor. He is THE BEST!!!
I would highly recommend Tim for anyone looking to buy or sell a house. His knowledge was second to none with my purchase. He made my home buying experience very easy for me. His knowledge of the the local area and the market help me with my decision in which was the right house for me.
Tim has helped my boyfriend and I buy 2 homes, and sell one, so he is definitely the realtor we got to! Most recently, Tim helped us sell our house and the renters were making it very difficult to sell. The whole process was a giant headache due to the renters in the home and Tim really stepped up and went above and beyond to seal the deal. Tim is very knowledgeable and we trust him. We will definitely be going to him if we ever sell/buy again! Thanks Tim!!
Tim did an amazing job negotiating the finite deals of our house purchase. I have since recommended Tim to all of my friends and will continue to do so.
Fast, friendly and gets you exactly what you are looking for! He had us in a house exactly at our price range, exactly what we were looking for in just a month!!!! Definitely recommend him! He’s the best!
Tim is the best realtor in town!!He got us $30,000 more then all the other Realtors we talked with price wise. He's goes above and beyond and is super professional. What I liked best about Tim is he has your best interest and back. He looks out for you and to get you the most money. I highly recommend him!!!
Tim was a wonderful realtor! 5 stars is not enough. Tim went above and beyond to find a house that was best suited for my boyfriend and I. Even if he was trying to sell houses, he pointed out the cons to make sure we were fully aware of all aspects of the house. As a first time home owner, he made us feel comfortable and confident in the house we were buying. I fully recommend Tim; he's an awesome realtor and a badass!
Tim was wonderful to work with. He was responsive and professional throughout the entire process. He was an amazing negotiator and never once lost sight of my best interest. I hope I have The honor of working with Tim in the future!
