Tim had done an excellent job finding properties that met our price range, preferred living areas and homes that had open concepts. Tim was full of answers to all of our questions about taxes, homeowners insurance and various costs associated with living in the area. We moved from Pennsylvania and Tim was always available by phone and always returned our calls immediately.
Thanks Tim for all your assistance.
First, let me say that Tim came highly recommended and he lived up to his reputation. He is so knowledgeable and eager to help in any situation. In fact, he was more than my realtor, he became my friend. Thanks Tim!!
Tim was extremely professional and took his time to walk us through each step of the sale of our home. He was a pleasure to work with and my wife and I would highly recommend him!
