Selling a home, especially a parent's home, can be an emotional and overwhelming task. We feel so incredibly fortunate to have had Sibcy Cline's Tim Mahoney II to lead us. He is a true professional in the industry and we followed pretty much every piece of advice he gave. He consistently kept us informed and whenever he called, he explained the situation, gave his opinion, and then told us it was our decision. After the first call, I told him he was in charge and I'll follow his lead. My mother's home was listed on a Tuesday and a written offer came in on Saturday. It was Easter weekend but that didn't keep Tim from his negotiations and phone calls. The offer was accepted on Monday morning.
