The best agent I have ever had the opportunity to help me buy and sell a house. Tia went above and beyond the basics. She offered great advice and honest, helpful suggestions. I told Tia what I needed from the sale and she made it happen. When looking for a new house, she made notes about what I liked and didn't like, so she could find the right home. Communication was never an issue. Along the way, I was informed of every step in the process.

Tia is a pleasure to work with! She helped buy and now sell my home. She’s very responsive and friendly. Tia did a great job keeping myself and my wife updated with everything start to finish! Would definitely recommend her to others! Thank you again Tia!!

Thank you for everything

Tia was great, she went above and beyond what was expected. She was always making sure everything was done in my best interest. Her communication was top notch.

Tia, has knowledge of real estate and real estate marketing easy to work with. She helped me buy and sell my houses easily. Thank you Tia.

There’s only great things that I can say about Tia. She’s everything you could ask for in a realtor. Tia has connections that will put you in the right direction. She really cares for what’s best for you! She knows the ins and outs of the buying process. Although Tia is a great realtor but also a great human being to be around. Kind, motivated and humble. Once you get to work with Tia, you’ll never want to use another realtor in the future also wouldn’t let any family or friends choose another realtor over Tia Estes.

Tia was by far, the best help I could’ve asked for when buying my first house. Without her, I would’ve definitely been overwhelmed. I can’t thank her enough for getting me to where I’m at now with my home!

Tia was a pleasure to work with, she helped me with everything. She makes everything smooth and easy to work with!

Thank you Tia! I'll continue to refer to to friends and family.
