Thomas Jones is a professional, personable and honest individual who went out of his way to give us a top notch experience selling our home. He efficiently got the job done in less than 30 days. We couldn’t have asked for more. He always answered my calls when I had questions and he was able to get a cash, full offer. Since we were in CA when he listed our home, he got it ready for us, including decorating outside with Fall decorations and flowers inside. He also took the time to calculate the distances to important places from our home to Oyster Pond, downtown, etc. He also thoroughly analyzed every Eastwood home that has been built to make a fair analysis about the value of our home. My husband and I couldn’t be happier with the whole process of selling our home with the expertise of Tom Jones. It was the best decision and outcome we could have only imagined. Our sincere thanks to Tom Jones!
