The Elevate Team surpassed all of our expectations in the process of selling our home in The Ponds neighborhood. To begin with our square footage was incorrect based on when we purchased our home 3 1/2 years ago. The extra 124 sq ft meant our home was valued at $24,000 more than we thought possible. The team, in an effort to garner attention in our home, held 6 open houses in 5 weeks. We only found out later that our HOA only allowed open houses on the first Saturday of each month. Our home sold as a result of the open houses! The Elevate Team kept us informed with the prospected of each open house and private showings. We signed all closing documents early, as we had already moved back to Indiana. We signed our acceptance offer on Dec 6th and moved Dec 20th, with a closing date of Dec 27th.
