There can't be a better realtor than Theresa Evans. She goes way beyond the norm to help her clients. I have used her services multiple times over the years and I would never find another realtor to match her.
Theresa went above and beyond to help aclimate me to the area. She is efficient, kind, knowledgeable and fun,. She is the first friend I made in Summerville. She has given me a lot of extra unexpected help as I fell ill in the middle of the process.
What an honor and privilege it has been working with her and getting know her.
You can’t put a $ value on experience!! Theresa has seen every scenario real estate transactions can bring, and thus handles them appropriately and professionally. I consider her invaluable for our real estate needs.
We have worked with Teresa twice now, and she is absolutely the best! She is extremely knowledgeable about the market, and works tirelessly to market your property in the best light, at the best price, with the best timing. She is always available and goes out of her way to do whatever is necessary to make not just us as the sellers satisfied, but the buyers as well. We have bought and sold well over a dozen homes across the US, and Teresa is the best we have ever worked with.
Theresa knows everything and everyone and is so wonderfully helpful! This condo is a major change and investment and I was guided with great advice and sensitivity through the whole process by Theresa. She's the consummate professional and I appreciate her care-taking.
Many thanks to Carolina One and especially Theresa Evans for such an excellent job of selling our investment property. Theresa always goes above and beyond to get the best deal while consistently being available for questions and concerns. Super happy camper here!
