Having Theresa by our side as we viewed 10-15 houses, cried out of frustration (lol - I'm glad I can laugh about this now) and made selections for our new construction home has ben invaluabe. Her knowledge of the real estate market and the intricacies of new construciton hoems made us feel confident in our decisions every step of the way. We loved working with Theresa! This was our first time selling a house. She knew exactly what to do and explained her thinking every step of the way. When we met with her for the listing appointment, she explained why she thought we should list at the price we did, why it would be listed at a certain time and what she expected throughout the first weekend of having our house on the market. We were able to accept an offer very quickly. Throughout the pending process, she continued to keep us updated. She provided a meal for us on moving day and gave our son a book about moving. I love that she kept him in mind through the whole process. We highly recommend Theresa!
Theresa was amazing! She goes above and beyond for her clients and doesn’t stop there! She was very kind from the first introduction and paid attention to our 3 year old and got him a few gifts, which meant the world to us. We had to look at several home before settling on the right one and she had no issue doing so and knew what to look for to meet our needs. Would recommend her to anyone!!

Theresa was amazing! She was always quick to respond to our questions day or night, even when she was on vacation. She has a very calm and reassuring attitude that was perfect when dealing with some of the stressors of selling a house. I can’t say enough good things about her!
