He was great support too when we had difficulty with our loan officer. He even scheduled the home inspector for us, which was a huge help during a very busy time.
Theo was professional courteous, willing to do whatever we needed to find the house that we were looking for he gave us ideas and prices to go off that really helped us when we were looking for the house that we wanted. He was always there for a text phone call, help us along the way with the paperwork and answered any questions we needed he helped bargain the price and we were very satisfied with the outcome. We’re so happy that he helped us along with the first house together he couldn’t made it no easier 30 days from the time we started till we closed. I would recommend him to anyone family friends coworkers he went above and beyond he hooked us up with Summit funding and made the process so much easier we were preapproved. Theo went above and beyond when he stayed with me and my family when we had a flat tire and stranded during the first of two days we were available to see properties in person. Throughout the whole process, he made himself available to me day or night, answered my questions quickly and accurately, and was extremely helpful making sure everything got done on time after getting under contract, including attending the home inspection for me and connecting me through FaceTime since I was in NC and couldn’t make it myself.
