Ulf Hartwig did a good job helping sell our house at 509 W. Beach Ct. The market on Folly Beach was unsettled due to issues on Short Term Rentals. Ulf was quick with responses, both written and verbal, between both the buyers and sellers. Ulf had a great sense of humor and did a good job in all aspects of the marketing of our house, listing, and follow up on offers. I had hoped that marketing of our house could be extended, through Carolina One to corporate HR offices for relocating personnel, since a 6 bedroom 4 bath house 3 rows back from the beach could appeal to managers at Boeing, Volvo, and both Roper and MUSC. Carolina One should develop HR contacts to help market higher end houses to help support its agents. We recommend Ulf and his team for any buyer or seller interested in low country living. He is responsive, has great follow through, and is very familiar with the housing stock on Folly, and surrounding areas.
