We had the pleasure of working with Vivian from Mike's Team and it was by far the best experience we ever had purchasing a condominium. Vivian was patient and informative and took the time to get to know us and helped with recommendations and answered every question we threw her way. We highly recommend her! Thank you for all your help and looking forward for working with you in the future.

Chris is great! We worked with Chris and were out of state during the home purchase process - he went over and above to assist us - knowing we couldn’t be there as often as we would have liked. Chris is thoughtful, communicative and was always available to help us anytime we needed it. He coordinated with the builder and was quick to seek out answers when required. We would not hesitate to recommend Chris.

My Realtor Vivian is very professional and dedicated when to find a perfect location matters. She goes deep and focus on the clients needs. I am very impressed of her dedication to my needs of locating my new home. Thanks Vivian for all your help.

CHRIS WAS THE BEST! 5 star

Stacy was fantastic! She kept us updated the entire process and answered all of our questions. I highly recommend her and her team if you are interested in a smooth transitional process!

Christopher Reed did an amazing job.

This letter will serve as my very high letter of recommendation for Real Estate Agent, Mr. David Hermanson. He came to my rescue during a crucial time when Hurricane IAN flooded my house in Volusia County. I was in New York when my house and the entire street flooded. I contacted Mr. Hermanson at REMAX after completing an extensive search for a reputable real estate agent with the interpersonal skills who could coordinate with the restoration crew and general contractor, to complete the restoration of my house and then list it for sale. I have worked with many real estate brokers and agents, but David takes exception to the unequivocal high level of professionalism, honesty, and etiquette for one year to-the-date of closing. David has the qualities that make him an extremely successful and effective real estate agent. I can’t say enough about his knowledge within the industry. One of the qualities I respected the most was his no-nonsense style. The fact that I was in another state, during restoration of my house, I relied heavily on David, to be my eyes and boots on the ground. David always met my expectations because he did a great job of listening to my needs. David, I am eternally grateful to you! I give you, 5 stars! God’s Blessings! Lucille

My husband and I were looking for a home but we weren't quite sure what we wanted. After some disappointing experiences with other realtors, we called the Mike Gagliardi Group and we were introduced to Chris Reed. Chris showed us many different homes for about one year and he was always so patient with us and eager to help us find just the right place to call home. Thank you for everything Chris, it was such a pleasure working with you!! Hope to see you soon now that we're practically neighbors! :-)

Great service. Jordan made first time home buying process so easy and simple. I wish her and her team a great success in future.

Justin was easy to work with and always responded in a timely manner. It was a very positive experience working with him, I can’t thank him enough for finding me my perfect home.
