Jon was an amazing agent for us. We are out of town purchasers and have been working with Jon on and off for overdone year. He is very knowledgable about the Catalina Foothills neighborhood, a real pro who provided excellent insights into properties and prices. He was always very interested in keeping us up to date with the market conditions. He was very responsive, personable and easy to work with. When our house came up for sale, he notified me within 30 minutes, knowing that this was exactly the type of house we wanted and that I would need to come into Tucson right away to see it before it was sold. the next day the house had an offer from someone else, so Jon did a video walk through with us and then immediately contacted the listing agent to let them know that another offer was coming in. Jon worked very well with the other agent to make sure that we could put in an escalator clause offer that would be accepted. Jon prepared all of the necessary contracts and the deal went through. Jon did a great job of taking care of everything, which was especially important since we are out of town.
