First off, I want to start with saying that it was a pleasure to work with Alex Durate! He made this whole experience feel less stressful than it should have been.
He understood all of our requirements and put together a strategic plan to ensure we met most of if not all of our requirements, when it came to our forever home.
Things I would have done differently is to better communicate from my end our requirements to ensure he was able to develop a successful plan. Not that I mean we were not successful, but instead to be more efficient when looking at homes.
In summary I would greatly recommend Alex as your real-estate agent as he is client oriented /focused induvial that strides on customer satisfaction. I look forward in keeping our communication strong and making plenty of future business together.
