I could write a full page, these two are just the best! At age 73, I was a first time house seller, and a buyer! I thought it would be overwhelming, but Chuck and Marian took control, and made the whole process stress-free. They were incredibly patient, took time to explain every detail from selling my house, to buying one. They are terrific negotiator's, they both made and saved me money!! They cared genuinely about finding the perfect area and place for me. There is the paperwork, the pricing, inspections, the moving, abstracts, titles, and the many-many things that have to get done I just called them with a problem, they are so well-connected with area services, they know exactly who to call right down to the day you move... They just know Siouxland and the Market so well, and truthfully that is what you need! They deserve a 5+ Star Rating for all their professionalism and the ease of my "great adventure"! In closing, on a personal level, they put in many extra moments, helping calm my fears, putting things in boxes for me, and just holding my hand in complete assurance as in, "We got you" and they sure Do!! This is what you want!!!
