TJ has always been very responsive to any issues with our property. He pretty much takes care of everything for us. Couldn't ask for a better property manager.
Our property manager is very knowledgeable with rental market conditions and provided good advice and recommendations on what renters are looking for in rental properties. He is a very experienced and professional property manager. We are also very pleased with Locations' monthly owner financial reports, always timely and accurate. Thanks to both the property manager and Locations company for excellent services.
TJ is very helpful and personable. He has always found the right tenants for us. He is very helpful in recommending repair people and good replacements when new appliances need repair or replacement.
