I truly appreciated the opportunity to work with Teri Jana Ferrell and the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Properties Group team. I was very satisfied with the experience and would be happy to share my feedback. Thank you again for the excellent service and support throughout the process.

Terri and i had 2 rounds of this and she’s the best.

Good morning My best of service from Teri is an individual that takes her job beyond serious. She always come through with answers even with there may be something she don’t, but she will get it to you in a reasonable timeframe. She’s very outstanding very outgoing and again, like I said knowledgeable of her field. I will very highly recommend her service to everyone. Not my first time she was in there every step I mean, every step of the way and very honest work that you do . Thank you from the Jackson .

Ms. Teri has gone above all expectations to help my husband and I a home after a bad experience with a different company. With her help, we were able to get the best deal on a new build, and even suggested a home inspector to which many flaws were uncovered. Thank you so very much, Ms. Teri for everything. You are much loved and appreciated.

Teri was a great help to us in finding the perfect house that met all of our requests! She was fantastic to work with!

Teri did an excellent job for us.

Teri was a FANTASTIC Realtor and we would highly recommend her! We are thankful to Teri for her devotion to our time-crunch situation and dealing with our state-to-state moving issues. Teri was not only our Realtor, she had her fingers pressed on the pulse of anything happening within a 50 mile radius of Tampa, Florida that was important to our move, while keeping all of our wants and needs front-of-mind at all times. Teri was easy to talk to, easy to work with and worked well with us in what we believe to be one of the most stressful times in our lives. We couldn't have done this without her. Thank you Teri and thank you Berkshire Hathaway Homeservices for partnering with such a thorough, friendly, easy-going, attention-to-detail, on top of it all Realtor.

I can't say enough about our realtor, Teri. She was great! She is knowledgeable of the area and gave us much-needed advice since we were unfamiliar with the city. She went above and beyond in helping with the viewings of the houses we were interested in. She was not only our realtor, she became a friend. If you are moving to Tampa from another city or state, I would highly recommend Teri.

Teri was awesome!! She ran all over Tampa looking at homes for us. (We moved from out of town). Thanks for a job well done!
