In a word...FABULOUS !! We have used Terry to purchase 2 new homes as well as sell two home for us over the past 5 years of so. Yes, we move often. Terry has become a great friend and is a true professional at what she does. At our last home two other realtor neighbor friends asked us to use them and there is no way anybody but Terry was considered. This home she priced it fairly, just under $20,000 more that we paid 2 years ago, and the house sold in 48 hours after a bidding war and after turning away a dozen people. The viewings were so numerous they were scheduled in 15 minute intervals. When we purchased the property 2 years ago I anticipated we'd lose $20,000 on this house because we bought in a high market. We actually sold for $41,000 over our purchase price. Terry helped us evaluate all 5 offers we received and we actually took the second highest bid because it was a quick close and all cash purchase. We moved into an apartment at Pier Village while we evaluate our next purchase since my wife and I are now retired. When and if we decide to stay in New Jersey we will obviously use Terry again for a fifth time. You should be proud to have a blessed agent like Terry as she is a very special and caring person.
