Teresa listened and fulfilled all expectations. My home was sold in a timely manner with no issues. I would definitely recommend Teresa to anyone that is purchasing or looking to sell their home.

We found Teresa to be a wonderful agent to work with. Whenever we called her with new homes that looked interesting, she found time to see us. She was very knowledgeable about the community we were looking at and she really understood what we were looking for in a home. She saved us time by not showing us listings that she felt were not right for us. Even after we closed, Teresa remained a valuable resource for contact information for trades people in the area. We recommend her without reservation.

Five stars is enough to describe Teresa. We originally sought her out to purchase property in the Northern Westchester and Putnam areas but decided to switch our focus further north. It was not her home area but she travelled with us over 30+ minutes to show us places and ultimately buy our house. When we were ready to sell she took on the same task of having to travel across two counties and got us a great deal. She goes above and beyond in her job and really cares about you as a client. I feel like she is part of the family and will keep in touch with her even after our business is complete.

Teresa Chang is very responsive, follows up quickly and gets things done. Her pace is quick, but I never felt rushed. Shes thorough and knows what questions to ask. She knows the area well, is cheerful and friendly, and has good relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords, et al. She handles negotiations with ease so everyone walks away from the table confident about what they signed. Teresa cares about her clients. She understood my needs and made great recommendations for rentals. I was well represented, and I highly recommend Teresa to anyone looking to rent, buy or sell.

Teresa Chang has worked with us on two condo purchases in the last two years or so. She is a very patient professional who listens carefully, responds pleasantly and with a clear and comprehensive sense of the pros and cons of each potential purchase. She has boundless energy and enthusiasm which is only surpassed by her technical skills of assessment and evaluation of the property under consideration. She responds promptly and gives equal importance to all matters, large or small and always goes out of her way to be helpful. Mrs Niazi and I have been missing her company since she helped us navigate and complete our recent purchase. We are sure that Houlihan Lawrence must be aware of the high quality of professionalism Teresa Chang is gifted with and must feel very fortunate to have such a high caliber person as Teresa Chang on their team. We recommend Teresa whole heartedly and without the slightest reservation.

Teresa Chang was very helpful throughout the entire process of finding a tenant for my condo. She was extremely knowledgeable about the condo development and the desires of prospective tenants, as well as understanding of our needs, wishes, and concerns as landlords. I especially appreciated her honesty and excellent advice, even though I had hoped that she would say I could rent out the place for a gazillion dollars a month! She was very attentive, responsive, thorough, friendly, and an excellent communicator. Unlike an agent Ive worked with elsewhere in the past, I appreciated that Teresa respected my privacy by not sharing any of my personal information with any other parties or solicitors.

I have worked with many realtors in the past both as a buyer and a landlord. Teresa Chang is and was the best one ever! She was incredibly helpful in finding a tenant for my newly purchased condo. I would definitely use her in the future and highly recommend her for anyone wanting to rent or buy any real estate.

Teresa Chang was the best decision I have made to sell my home. Teresa was able to stage, price and list our house with an incredible knowledge base. Teresa is very calming and confident. Even though we were not in height of the market, from the date we listed the house, to the accepted offer, was less than a month. My husband and I moved out of state before the closing and Teresa was able to handle everything for us. She made frequent checks on the house, making sure the house was heated during the cold winter month and making sure that there were no issues before the closing. I would highly recommend Teresa! I couldnt have asked for a better experience!

Teresa always conducts herself with unending professionalism. She has a plethora of knowledge of her trade as well as the homes and areas that she shows her clients. I had worked with 4 real estate agents prior to Teresa with no success. Teresa was amazing! She had answers to all of my questions and knew exactly what I was looking for. It was a great pleasure working with her and I will absolutely utilize her services for any future endeavours. I strongly recommend Teresa to anyone looking to buy or sell a home!!

Teresa is tireless and thorough. Shes extremely knowledgeable about the area and seems to know when something is about to come on the market before others. Ive bought many properties over the years, I have never found an agent who follows up, even after the house is purchased, like Teresa.
