Tee did a great job of understanding what we wanted, showed us a variety of options, answered questions and provided advice along the way. Tee took a very consultative approach, and we never felt like we were being guided in a direction different than what we wanted. Once agreement was reached with the sellers, Tee was excellent in follow-up and support.
Thank you, Tee!
We highly recommend Tee to anyone looking to buy or sell. His years of experience and his knowledge of this market are top notch. We knew we were in good hands, and he certainly did give great guidance to make our purchase an easy process every step of the way. 10 out of 10!
Working with Tee on this purchase was outstanding. His experience and attention to detail made this the easiest real estate transaction I have completed in 35 years. Happy to be a part of this community and very thankful for a dedicated professional in this transaction.
We are forever in debt to Tee for his help and his great work in directing us to our new home at 314 Forest Oaks. He was professionally in every way and shepherded the process seamlessly. We cannot recommend him strongly enough. It was a total pleasure working with him.

I could not be happier with the level of service and advice provided by Tee. His knowledge of the local marketplace gave me great comfort, and I really appreciated his insights into my options, and how to assess not only current valuations and opportunities in a very fluid real estate market, but also take into account longer term ownership impact. My wife and I are out of area home buyers, and Tee has been tremendous taking care of so many little details for us locally. Our home will also require a renovation, and Tee has provided insights, connections, and facilitations with that process as well. Tee Tolleson is a professional, period.
Tee was very professional and he worked extremely hard to help us find and purchase our home in Brunswick GA. He helped us work through various issues and looked out for our best interest. It was a pleasure to work with Tee Tolleson and I would recommend him to others for their real-estate needs. Thank you!
